Stohn ensures its partners' quarries have sound ethical practices in the working environment, no matter where they are in the world.

In countries where there are low social economic levels, jobs are offered to local people first before seeking outside labour.  An example is our partners in Chile who support the native population, hiring people who live in these rural territories and providing a safe working environment. In this way, local communities grow and flourish. 

We only buy from countries that can verify sound ethical practice with their work force. For this reason there are certain countries we currently do not do business with.
